Franco is located on the main street in Thirroul and has become the local’s favourite Italian-inspired restaurant. Since opening in 2021, the highlight has been on the pizza which is made with 72-hour fermented dough producing an irresistibly light and crisp crust. We top this with seasonal ingredients and produce from the best local suppliers. We have an extensive selection of antipasti snacks to pair, a multi-award winning wine list, and pride ourselves on top-quality service.

We suggest diners start with our house-made focaccia and a selection of antipasti. Move onto our pizza list which features creative and delicious flavours from vegetarian to the signature ‘Franco’. Finish on a sweet note with our popular Tiramisu. Our entire menu is designed to be shared in good company.

Franco’s wine list features over 80 bottles showcasing the best of what small farmers and producers have to offer. Sourced both locally and globally, there is a wide selection of natural and minimal intervention wines with some old-school classics.
