We're passionate about quality, but we also believe good food doesn't need to be overcomplicated.
Our menu is built around simple Mediterranean flavours, from antipasti and seasonal plates to handmade pastas and fired pizzas designed to be shared with friends and family.
What we spend the most time on is our pizza dough. It takes three days to make, with a slow 72-hour fermentation that develops flavour and creates the light, crisp crust we're known for. Every pizza is then cooked in our imported Valoriani oven from Italy for that unmistakable Franco finish.
Our wine list focuses on sustainable, artisanal producers from Australia and Europe, with a particular love for imported Italian and French wines. Whether you're discovering something new or ordering your favourite glass, we believe wine should be enjoyable and approachable.
