Our menu is built around simple Mediterranean flavours, from antipasti and seasonal plates to pastas and wood-fired pizzas designed to be shared with friends and family.
What we spend the most time on is our pizza dough. It takes three days to make, with a slow 72-hour fermentation that develops flavour and creates that unmistakable Franco crust. Light, crispy and cooked to perfection in our imported Italian Valoriani oven.
Our wine list focuses on sustainable, artisanal producers from Australia and Europe, with a particular love for imported Italian and French wines. Whether you're discovering something new or ordering your favourite glass, we believe wine should be enjoyable and approachable.
