Welcome to Franco, Thirroul's family-run Mediterranean restaurant and pizza bar on the corner of the main street.

Franco is a place to gather. Whether it's a midweek pizza, Friday drinks with friends, a long lunch, date night or a family dinner, we want everyone to feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.

Our food is simple in the best way, delicious, and made to be shared. Alongside seasonal antipasti, handmade pasta and fresh Mediterranean-inspired dishes, you'll find the pizzas we're known for, made with dough that's slowly fermented for 72 hours before being cooked in our imported Valoriani woodfired oven from Italy for its signature light, crisp crust.

Our wine list champions approachable artisanal producers from Australia and Europe, with a particular focus on Italian and French wines. Whether you're discovering something new or ordering an old favourite, we believe great wine should be enjoyed by everyone.
