Head Bartender
We are looking for a head bartender to join our close knit team. Working closely with the restaurant manager and owner, you will have input into shaping the drinks menu, staff training and will have autonomy in the day to day running of the bar.
About the role:
Working with the restaurant manager to curate the drinks and wine list
Day to day set up and running of the bar
Training staff on drinks menu
Liaising with suppliers to maintain bar stock
Accepting, checking & packing away bar deliveries
Full time position - Wednesday - Sunday

About you:
Be available to work nights and weekends
Have previous experience running a bar
Able to work proactively under pressure and as part of a team
Wine experience is a plus, but full training will be provided provided
Love of guest interaction, getting to know them and the community
A general positive attitude
Have a passion for food and hospitality
